At Peterson’s Orthotic Lab, we work for you and your doctor, not your insurance company. We are completely out of network with insurance and therefore do not accept it as a form of payment. We will gladly provide you with a detailed receipt if you want to submit a reimbursement claim. Peterson’s Orthotic Lab has no control over reimbursement amount, reimbursement depends entirely on your policy. We appreciate your business and want to be sure there is no misunderstanding. Payment is due upon completion of service.

 

Physical exam and consultation time slots are precious and very much in demand. In an effort to serve you better, we ask for proper notice of any cancellation. Patients failing to provide at least a 24-hour notice will be charged $25 for any missed appointment.

 

No refunds will be given on custom-made items.
